Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Chelmsford, MA, so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice are subject to a charge..
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We do not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer an interest free flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Our Office
As a licensed Dentist in Chelmsford, MA, my staff and I work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth. We take the time with our patients to explain their treatment options and inform them of additional preventative care. We feel this will lead to a more trusting doctor/patient relationship and, for many people, relieve the stress about seeing a dentist.

Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans. Please call our staff to verify coverage. If you have dental insurance, please provide the reception staff with your insurance information. As a courtesy to you, we will submit your claim form to your insurance company. If for any reason any portion is not covered, you will be responsible for the unpaid balance. We will collect your deductible plus any co-pay due on the day of service. If you do not have insurance, payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards and debit cards.
